I had an older Amana furnace and this year when I turned on the AC the Recirculating fan stopped working. I called Ardent and a technician was at my home the same day to troubleshoot the problem. The problem was a faulty p.c. board and I was given the option of replacing the board or replacing the furnace. I chose to replace the furnace as mine was 15 plus years old.
Ardent's price was very competitive and I was really impressed with the installers. They were very professional and courteous. I have a unique layout in my basement and was told by another company the only route to vent the new high efficiency furnace was into my backyard through the deck. I asked the installers if there was another option and they ran the vent through my garage and out the side. A perfect solution!
I would recommend Ardent to anyone who wants honest, professional service at a fair price.
