Universal Carpet Cleaning

I had Scott, over to look at my carpets after I had called three other companies to come and see my carpet’s to give me a quote. I was under a strict budget and didn’t have any money to replace the carpets and that’s why when each of the three other companies came to see the carpets two of them said they would not touch it and the third one said they can’t get rid of all the stains it will be impossible.

Then the last company I called was Universal Carpet Cleaning in Ottawa Ontario. I spoke to Scott and he told me that it can be done but would take along time to get all the stains out. Well it took him about 6 hours to do that job and I was amazed when I came home in the afternoon that all of the stains had disappeared like I just installed bran new carpets. No one from the other companies would even touch these bad shaped carpets but Scott and his team did and I was able to sell my house. Within that week because of that amazing job they did. If I had to replace those carpets the quotes I received was around 6,000 and he save me so much money from buying new carpets. I will always tell anyone that this company Universal Carpet Cleaning company in Ottawa saved me.

Worst service ever. Not punctual .and shows about
12-14 hours after snow fall,and that's if he ever shows up without being called numerous times.. left with no service on two Christmas weeks , and after we were promised a50% refund .. he refused the refund saying that's not in his policy. Too bad I have all his texts on my phone and that shows his unprofessional behaviour Never ever will I recommend or use his services or any other services thathe provides the future. Beware really beware.

I got carpet cleaning for my home when I first moved in and I hired Universal Carpet Cleaning for the job. They did a great job for a good price and I got my entire basement and upstairs rooms done. The use a truck-mounted cleaner so it's heavy duty. They also have an additional cost for pet stain removal.

Absolutely 100% recommend Universal cleaning! Professional, speedy, courteous and very very satisfactory service. They removed stains which I had made peace with. My carpet, which I was planning to replace due to it's state, looks like new! I could not believe my eyes. Quoted me much lower than other companies and that is the price I payed in the end - no surprises.
