Sears came out to look at our Kenmore stove that was not working, turns out the bake element needed replacing, and they had to order the part. We paid $80 for the service call, no problem with that. What happened after that was the huge problem. They never, ever showed up after that. 3 scheduled repair appointments, we stayed home from work 3 times so 3 days lost salary! When you call their customer service department, you are calling Manila in the Phillipines fyi. Very frustrating and incredibly bad service. I am now in the "process" of obtaining a refund for the service call and we of course switched to another company for the repair. Save yourself the headache and frustration, do not call this company for any repair service!
