Molly Maid cleaned my apartment on a bi-weekly basis, for almost a year. The first cleaning teams were great and did a wonderful job: they were friendly, efficient and thorough.
Things quickly deteriorated. The vacuuming was horrible: they missed whole pieces of Cheerios my daughter dropped, they simply left a sheet of stickers on the carpet (I question how they vacuumed around it!), exactly where it was in the morning, I found 2-month old dead orchid flowers behind my yoga mat, not even to mention the dust bunnies they "missed".
On one occasion they closed the door to my cat's litter box, and I entered my place with an unpleasant surprise on the carpet. They forgot sweaters in my place, dropped cleaning cloths all around my apartment and in the corridor outside my apartment.
I contacted them several times over the course of a few months, complaining about the bad service, but never saw any real improvement. The last straw was when I discovered an ornament they broke and glued together, hoping I would not notice (I had Super Glue out on the table for a while, which they conveniently used). When I called management they acted shocked and claimed that they would look into the situation. It is now almost 3 months later and I still haven't heard from them.
The lack of integrity and unprofessional service convinced me that they cannot be trusted. They are expensive and all you really get is toilet paper folded into a nice little triangle. I won't recommend them to anybody.
