Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning

Immediately after the holidays we asked Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning to come in and clean our carpets. Our carpets are cream coloured and so show the dirt terribly. We had tried on other occasions with our own carpet cleaner to get the dirt out, but there was very little improvement. We'd been about to give up, bite the bullet and replace the carpet. As a final attempt we called Oliva. At the very best, I was hoping that the carpets would look good enough so we could put off replacing it for a little while. This was definitely a case of ' under promise, over deliver". The carpets look great. We now have no plans to replace the carpet at all, but we will definitely hire Oliva once a year to keep them looking fresh. The same story is true for a couch we thought we'd have to unload. It's now looking perfectly clean and I have no excuse to buy a new couch!

I have been using Ollie’s company for all my carpet cleaning pretty much since he started up. Ollie and eventually his team, have always been professional, courteous and punctual and do a great job. This time I called for duct cleaning. Boris came out to the house, explained everything he was going to do right from taking before and after pictures to how long he would be there. As with the other crew members he was friendly, efficient and everything was left tidy and clean. Congratulations to Ollie for starting and maintaining this great company. I recommend this company highly whenever asked.

We used Oliva Carpet Cleaning for the first time yesterday and the company is first rate in every respect. From Henry who did our carpets to the customer service staff everyone was pleasant, thorough and professional. When Henry arrived he went right to work and didn't take a break for 3 hours. More importantly his work was exceptional. We had an appointment that limited the time available to three hours and Henry ensured that we made it on time without sacrificing quality. This company is highly recommended.

We recently had the wool runner on our stairs and landing cleaned. The technician arrived within the time specified, was pleasant, and did a great job. We would certainly recommend this company and use them again. Thanks Henry!

Oliva Carpet & Rug Cleaning has never disappointed us whether it was renewing old carpet to help sell old house, restoring well used playroom carpet to look almost new, removing wine stains in new carpet (horrors!). Olin's charming manner, his professionalism, expertise & efficiency make it a delight to have him here. We have known him since his earlier days in the business & are pleased to see how well he's doing!!

Olivia Carpet Cleaning has been cleaning my carpets and furniture for
10 years. I am always very pleased with the results and amazed that they are able to get some the stains out on the furniture . I have 3 minor children so spills happen - but I appreciate Olivia skill at removing the stains.

Olivia is always prompt and professional and wear shoe covers which I appreciated while they are in my home.

Service to book a cleaning and the cleaning itself couldn't have been more professional. VERY satisfied with the results. I was familiar with Oliva Carpet and Rug Cleaning having seen their trucks about town. We were doing a refresh of our interiors and needed three rugs cleaned. They were returned like new. We were very pleased. The service was excellent, having promised a week turnaround and they delivered on time. Olin, the technician, was friendly and polite and respectful of our home.
