Culligan Water Conditioning

After a lot of research we replaced our old Pelican system with a Culligan system. We contacted Mathew from Culligan Barrie. Mathew was our Culligan man, our installation was very complicated, the installation went very smoothly on time and professional.
We would highly recommend Mathew as the man you should contact if you are considering water treatment.

Ordered 10 - 18kg bags of salt for delivery. They delivered it outside of the time frame and left the bags on the front porch. It is physically impossible for me to carry these bags myself. Poor follow up. Have called them repeatedly trying to get someone to return to bring the salt in. Feeling like a hostage waiting all day for days on end. It has now been 7 days and the salt is still sitting on the porch. Horrible experience.
Update: someone arrived 6:15 p.m. no phone call prior. Just by chance that I was there. Thankful this episode is finally over.
