Great customer experience from start to finish! Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and professional. The guys showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly, leaving our room as clean as when they got there.

Had an emergency call as we could hear water running in the house with no apparent leaks. Made the call after homestars search, and they were able to squeeze us in same day actually within an hour. Technicians came out were courteous and assessed the issue, as they were extremely knowledgeable they provided a few options to fix the problem. Within 3 hours everything was completed and cleaned up. Made a stressful situation stress free from the moment they started. Would use them again and recommend.

Working with E. Vaillancourt Plumbing was a great experience, I was doing a full renovation to my house, where I did a lot of relocation of toilets, sinks, and showers, and they were up for the job. They did a great clean job, and communication with them was easy, they were always accessible because they have an office manager and she is always available whenever you need to reach them. They are very organized and clean on the job site, their employees are all very professional and they do their work in a timely manner. Before hiring them I consulted with other plumbing companies and they gave me the most fair price for the scope of work. This is the best Plumbing company in Oshawa I advise anyone to use them.

I have been calling on Vaillancourt for nearly 10 years. I was care giver for my Mum who had a stroke and couldn’t handle stains. We had a clogged toilet (the only one available to her given her disability). At the time I was paying a monthly charge thru a utility program for Plumbing. When I called them in a panic I was told I would wait at least a week. I found Vaillancourt’s number and even though it was a weekend they were in my home within an hour. Recently we moved into a home that had a few plumbing issues. Vaillancourt to the rescue within 24 hours. My heroes!

Through the whole process they were amazingly supportive, helped guide us through the steps (like getting the permit) and touched base often to keep us in the loop while waiting for all the locates. Great experience overall - wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

Called their office, woman that answered was friendly, she booked our appointment for the next day. Gentleman that showed up was friendly , on time, assessed the problem, went and got the part and fixed it.
They were professional did what they said they would and yes the biggest part.....THEY SHOWED UP!!
