I changed my 22 year old water heater that had sprung a leak. It happened in the evening and by the time it was ready for plumbing it was getting late. I decided to call Vaillancourt to finish the plumbing while I was at work the next day. Being unable to promise same day service due to workload, they said they would try. A couple hours later a technician showed and was able to make quick work of it. He was very friendly, worked neatly and cleaned up. Quite satisfied with the service.

Stanley was awesome he was on time, knowledge , and did a great job ! I have used this company several times and they never disappoint ! Great company ! The toilet works great and no more leaking , and a new valve that doesn’t cut my hand to open and close the water .

Needed to replace the main water shut-off valves. Vaillancourt Plumbing coordinated with Durham Region to ensure the curb shut-off valve was turned off and ready to go. Trevor was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and helped answer questions I had. Job was completed on time and the results were amazing.

The representative from the company was friendly. We could see that he had a lot of knowledge and experience regarding our specific issues. The work was completed successfully, and in a clean and efficient manner. We are pleased with the service and will be using them again in the future when needed.

580 to save our apartment from a ton of damage late at night was well spent. Trevor was fast and polite and filled us in on what to expect in the future. Other companies were booking days in advance, but these people were friendly and responsive. We had two floods in quick succession after an already difficult week, and they were so nice. Honestly renters should have this place on speed dial! Highly recommend.

We have been having problems with our hot water for approximately two weeks before we were able to have a plumber come out and fix it. As it wasn’t a constant problem at that point and we were also away on vacation for some of the time. Since it involved our hot water tank we called the rental company first and they sent a technician out who determined what part needed to be replaced as well as advising us that they weren’t licensed to fix our problem. I then turned to colleagues asking if anyone can recommend a plumbing company and they highly recommended this one. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful in trying to get my problem solved in a timely matter. And even though the original appointment had to be changed they made every effort to help me out. Saying if I couldn’t wait to have the repair done because at this point our hot water was nonexistent. Before we would have 5 minutes of lukewarm water and then straight cold with the hot water tap cranked all the way over. They said they would be more than happy to recommend some other companies to see if I can’t get the problem resolved that day instead of waiting until the following day for their technician to come out. I was so moved with how above and beyond they went to make sure my problem was fixed that I decided what’s one more day. I am extremely happy that I did, the technician was amazing and provided a secondary solution if that was the route we wanted to go. It was nice to be given another choice and at the end of the day they’re all about the customer which is incredible. Thank you so much for everything I am more than happy to use your services again if they’re so needed as well as recommend you to someone else who is in need of a good company to deal with.
