I was impressed with the call I had with Mirnez, he listened to what I thought the problem may be, and quickly gave me his assessment of what could be wrong. He followed up later in the day with another phone call, and he showed up that evening well after regular business hours with a part to fix the issue. He provided a good estimate, fair pricing and a fast service. He was friendly, very informative and definitely feels like someone on your side when it comes to making wise choices in repair instead of throwing your money away. I would call him again.
