I reccomend staying far away from this company! I regret ever hiring this company! There are no words to describe how unproffessional the owner is! I was going to contact the owner to report the employee I was conversing with and then learned that it was actually the owner that had been contacting me.
The cost reflects the price I paid before I received a refund from the company (through the BBB) for the remainder of the season, because I cancelled due to lack of customer service and I had to keep shoveling myself. Which I did report.
