Techno Kitchen Refacing

We were happy to have visited the Techno Kitchen Refacing booth at the recent National Homeshow in Toronto. It was there that we learned how to have a great kitchen at a reasonable price. We saw and heard what could be done and therefore decided to visit their showroom in Oakville to check out our options.
After our first visit and initial interaction with Frank and Donna there was no looking back.
Frank visited our home and spent a great length of time talking options and hearing us out as to what we would like to do and also if the price would be right. Before he could proceed with taking measurements, he directly asked if we were interested in pursuing the project based on his approximate quote as he did not want to waste our time or his. His frankness and honesty made us realise that we were dealing with a genuine "no nonsense" company whom we could rely on to carry out our project to our expectation as we realised that we were dealing directly with the source.
Once we signed the agreement, we were given a date when the project would start. Then began our visits to the showroom to check out our options for hardware, design, finish and colour. At every visit we got the best of Donna's attention, and customer service. We asked for suggestions and she was always willing to provide the same without any compulsion or assertiveness and answered all our questions to our utmost satisfaction. Donna is a STAR!!!! a wonderful and cheerful person who is always so receptive of her clients.
On the agreed date, Max, the installer, arrived promptly at the promised time and worked non-stop by himself all day . We found Max to be reliable and felt safe with him working alone in our home all through the project. Max was a meticulous, neat and an honest worker. At the end of each work day, the kitchen was left thoroughly cleaned and we were really amazed that we had to do no cleaning when we returned home. His workmanship while he custom made some boxes, cut and installed valences, and sliding drawers was impeccable and precise. Max so thoughtfully thought of a so many things that slipped our attention (the wide hinges) we cannot tell you how thankful we are for them. Max ensured the kitchen looked great before he left on the last day; even though we were home, he insisted on cleaning up and wiping down the cabinets so that they would look its best. Thank you Max for a job professionally and well done!!!! U were a great installer.

Frank special thanks to you for recommending the deep drawers for our utensils, they make a world of difference and they look sleek; we will be thinking of you for a long long time :).
