Dave came out to our residence to deal with the Carpenter ants, mice and mud wasps. The treatment was effective. A repeat visit was required as the pests were still evident in a couple locations. Twice a year, I have my home serviced by Abell Pest Control. This fall, Dave came out to visit my home and took the time to contact me directly to discuss. He even made a second, unannounced trip, to my home because he wanted to verify the issue behind my pesky pest issues.
