Had Soulliere out to fix a newly formed foundation crack in my poured concrete basement wall. They had a quote to me, written to extend the prior membrane (same job, different crack, prior owner) and resolve the issue.

I had two sprinkler heads that were buried after the work was completed, a simple mistake. I called them and someone was sent out and raised the sprinklers back.

Just called them again for a new crack (hopefully the last) on the opposite side of my basement.

Called company for a quote and they called us back the same day. They came out 2days later with a quote and were able to start the next day.
Both technicians were very polite and were able to complete the project within the projected 3days. One of the technicians did say to us they may have to return to put an additional row of product higher up the wall.
Two days later it rained and there was a leak higher up the wall, and we called Soulliere's back. This time it took 3phone calls and just over a week for them to return our call, and then almost another 2weeks for a technician to come back and put up another row of the product.
Overall the product was great with a transferable warranty, as well as the initial visit. We just found that the follow up was sorely lacking.
