Garage Floor Replacement & Minor Additional Repairs
The Action Restoration team is an amazing crew, completed the work beautifully, and were friendly and pleasant when working on our home! Patricks knowledge and expertise was evident as he also graciously offered his time to address other questions we had about our home.
Patrick and crew, were contracted to remove and reconstruct our significantly deteriorated, decades old concrete garage floor and our new floor looks fantastic! At the start of the process, Patrick promptly scheduled a site visit to assess the situation. Patrick provided a clear explanation for the scope of work required, a rationale for the reconstruction design and the materials to be used, and gave an expected timeline for job completion. After demolition, more extensive damage was discovered and Patrick notified us right away. He showed us the problem, explained the concern, and provided a solution to correct the issue. The crew worked late that same day to complete the additional repairs which kept the project on schedule for the cement truck arriving the next day. We were thankful for the ongoing communication, attention to detail and care given to our home throughout the process.
