The tec Dana was very respectful of our time and home ,phone with expected time of arrival and was on time ,he put on shoe covers ,was please to see as we had just had new floors installed .After checking our heating equipment he advised us of all our options to maintain our heating equipment and to avoid any unnecessary repairs .Was charged a fair market price . Had no problem booking the appt with the office ,was given choice of appt by Elain so could pick what best worked for us ,Thank you Guys for a pleasant and informative service .
We decided to take a service contract that would cover maintenance and service .
