Ozone Duct Cleaning

When I decided to finally get my ducts cleaned I began researching companies and I was very impressed with the positive reviews that this company received. They were all true. Todd contacted me when he was on his way. Once here explained the process. He was very professional, polite and took care to ensure corners of walls /stair rails were not scratched. Once he started up the machine I could immediately begin to hear dirt and debris being sucked up from the vents. I was surprised to see what was coming out (nails, pieces of drywall, rocks, even a light box socket... wow!! ). I can already tell the difference in the air. I had gone out and came back and right away the house “smelled” different. I’d say the air quality improved right away!! I’d recommend this service and company to anyone looking to get their ducts cleaned. Thanks Todd for a great job!!!

Todd was great! Making contact was quick and easy. Kept in contact as scheduling options/times changed. Really liked the option of paying via e-transfer. Thorough and did just what we needed. Would highly recommend.

they treated my house like their house. drop cloths were used on areas where the hoses may get in contact with a finished or painted surface thus avoiding scratches. they are thorough, polite and professional. also, i have had duct cleaning before and their process was waaaaay better in ensuring superior cleaning is achieved. if you want duct cleaning done in less than an hour, they are not your guy. BUT if you want excellent service and thoroughly cleaned ducts, then its a no brainer, they are the best.

Following an extensive basement renovation, our house needed its ducts cleaned. I visited the HomeStars website and chose Ozone Duct Cleaning. Today I am breathing easier. Yesterday, Todd cleaned the air ducts, cold air returns, bathroom exhaust fan, and dryer vent.

Although the air ducts were cleaned by another company following our last major renovation years ago, the job was less than adequate. Todd spent more than four hours remedying the situation, including clearing out 1" of pet hair lining the cold air returns. We moved in 12 years ago and have never owned a pet!!!

Todd was respectful of our time and property. He called ahead to confirm his arrival time. Prior to starting, he took measures to protect our home. His powerful equipment is noisy, but it does the job! I could hear clumps of debris tumbling through the hose on its way out!

When he left, all the vent covers were reinstalled, the bathroom fan back in its housing, the dryer rebalanced, and the furniture back in its place. He also took the time to advise us about furnace filters and humidity levels. On request, he also showed us how to replace the evaporative pad on our humidifier.

Thorough work takes time. You get what you pay for - the service was worth every penny. Greater efficiency for our furnace, bathroom fan, and dryer vent will prolong the life of that equipment. Improved air quality in our home means better health and peace of mind.

Professional, diligent and very thorough. Used many other duct cleaning companies in the past but none match the scope of work done by Todd. He uses a very different system in comparison to traditional duct cleaning companies which removes more dust and dirt allowing the best air quality for your home.
