Urbandale townhome in riverside south
I'm not likely to recommend urbandale to anyone.
Their elevations are really good but apart from that the rest is garbage. Their finishing quality is very poor, things such as carpet installation, hardwood installation not up to the mark. Even my potlights have not been installed properly. In certain areas the switches have not been screwed properly. Hardwood had lot of scratches, the paint job was one of the worst. A kid could have painted better. I dont know where they get their windows from but the quality is very poor compared to Cardel or Richcraft.
