Tamarack Developments Corporation

I purchased a new home from Tamarack in January of 2013. This was for a quick occupancy home for possession in June of the same year. When we sold our old home, we needed to move a month sooner than intended and Tamarack was able to provide this earlier occupancy without issue.

My only general complaint is the after-sales service. They don't want to acknowledge some of the deficiencies and are seemingly unwilling to send back the original contractors to complete some of this work. We are currently awaiting repair of some of our 30-day items this August and will see how it goes.

I still find their quality of workmanship to be quite high but it was disappointing to see a lack of care and detail in some aspects of the home.
