We replaced 24 windows in our 25 year old house through Long Life. Long Life was recommended to us by a friend who felt the company went above and beyond! We are extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the service that we received from the Long Life team. Paul, our sales rep thoroughly explained our options and helped choose window styles that look great! Bernard, Shawn, Devon and Christian, who installed the windows, took great care in keeping the house and outside areas clean. They arrived promptly at the designated times and worked efficiently. We are pleased that we paid a little extra to get a high quality window and great service! I would heartily recommend Long Life!

We were very pleased with our Long Life installation of windows and sliding doors. Bernard, Shawn and Devon demonstrated professionalism and skill in their approach to their work. In addition to their skilled craftsmanship, their ability to work in less than ideal conditions (it both rained and snowed over the course of the installation) was also admirable. With a polite and respectful approach to customer service, this crews care in the installation process and respect of the work space was also greatly appreciated. My parents house is located on a corner lot with beautiful views of both city and mountains in east Vancouver. My father who has passed on built this home back in 1971 and has never been upgraded since. I wanted to give my mom a special gift of appreciation and affection by remodeling the entire house. For the window replacement I researched and visited with approximately 10 different suppliers. My mom and I found Paul sanders from Longlife windows and doors to be the most honest and charasmatic person with the best product in vinyltek!!!! I can't say enough good things about the installation crew that came to the house, they were clean, respectful, accommodating , and their workmanship was 10/10!!!!! Paul did a good job of letting us know our options on styles and installation options that were available to us .
Bernard, Shawn, and Devon had the knowledge and experience to do a fast (one day) job, and still had a finished job that
looks perfect . The Vinyltek windows impressed us with the features and quality of the windows which have really cut down on outside noise
and come winter there will be a noticeable difference in the interior comfort of the house .

Their professional sales person understood our needs and helped us select the most cost-effective, quality windows to replace 6 windows in our 1925 character home. Long Life's installers are experienced and very good at what they do. The 6 old windows/casings were removed and the news ones installed within a couple of hours. The disruption was minimal and they took great care not to damage our home.

Long Life replaced 10 old wooden, single pane windows with new Vinytek windows and the result exceeded our expectations. Peter made sure we understood what was available, got us the best available price, and followed up to make sure all the work was done to our satisfaction. Rick, Preston and Ed did a great job, installing the new windows in one day, and finding a way to make them fit with our existing blinds and alarm system sensors. We were fully satisfied with the result.

We are so happy with the job Long Life did installing our windows and doors. Blaine helped us pick windows that suited our house and Bernard and his crew did a fantastic job installing them. They couldn't have done more as it was like having family working on and in our house. Bernard faced a very tough job with the granite on the kitchen sill, he cut and finished it with precision. We recently most of our windows replace and two sliding doors replaced by Long Life Windows and Doors. We had several quotes come in but Paul at Long Life impressed us by working with us to understand our needs and make valuable suggestions. Their showroom helped us visualize how the product would suit our home. In the end we went with the Vinyltek Cypress series. The real fir interior trim looks great with our home. Installation went very well with Bernard and his crew treating us and our home with respect. They did a great job with installation and attention to detail followed by a good clean up.
