An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We were very pleased with our Long Life installation of windows and sliding doors. Bernard, Shawn and Devon demonstrated professionalism and skill in their approach to their work. In addition to their skilled craftsmanship, their ability to work in less than ideal conditions (it both rained and snowed over the course of the installation) was also admirable. With a polite and respectful approach to customer service, this crews care in the installation process and respect of the work space was also greatly appreciated.
