In March 2012 we had the remainder of our windows replaced. We had Long Life Windows and Doors replace our large single paned windows 6 years ago . We didn't hesitate to call Long Life Windows and Doors back for this project. Kris was very easy to talk to and took the time to explain everything to us. There was, at one point, a miscommunication/misunderstanding but he rectified it immediately to our satisfaction. The Windows arrived earlier than expected and we had the same Installation crew as we did 6 years ago. Rick and his crew installed the windows with the same care to detail and workmanship as they had before.
