Front Entry Doors

CANADA

Despite some negative reviews regarding their numbering system, we still chose New Canadian Lumber for replacing our double exterior entry doors because of their great selection of contemporary doors and the design flexibility.
Yes, we took a number, but, when our turn was up we experienced absolute Customer Service excellence every step of the way – from our initial contact with Aaron, to our expert consultations with Charles to the impeccable installation by Fernando. Professionals all the way!
We chose the Uno series doors from Novatech and were able to “design” our new doors by choosing the configuration, the glass and the colour for a custom look. This was accomplished at a fraction more than the cost of the standard doors offered by big-box stores. Our new doors look fantastic and have upgraded the whole look of our house, inside and out. We could not be more pleased with the whole transaction.

Install 2 Exterior Doors

New Canadian sent out a door installer to install 2 new exterior doors. One of the doors was a custom size door overlooking a deck. The installer worked with us to decide on the best positioning of the door to allow for snow build-up. The installer was very friendly and thorough. We would use their services again.

Cladding for Garage and Extension to House

Carmo at New Canadians Lumber was really good. He knows his products and provided us with very good customer service. He made himself available when we needed his help selecting products and he took the time to make sure that everything went well with our special order.

purchased doorframes and tile

New Canadian staff were very helpful with our tile selection and other hardware needs. The staff at the cutting station for the door frames need a little more guidance though. We wanted a frame for a 32 inch door and they cut the width of the frame at exactly 32 inches. A wee bit tight. :(

Washroom renovation

We renovated the washroom and decided to visit New Canadians Lumber for ideas. They had washroom displays with the latest designs. We found the tiles we wanted for a better price then Home Depot. They were very helpful with all the questions we had.

plumbing, garden, everything

New Canadians was like a real hardware store where the people that worked there really knew what they were doing, unlike all the big box places. Plus it's in the city.
