Phantom Screens Of Southern Alberta

We had motorized screens installed on our downstairs patio yesterday. We absolutely love it! What a fantastic job Suite Outdoors did! It looks incredible! We now have the outdoor living room we’ve always wanted. The installers had the worst day possible weather wise (rain, hail, 2C) - but still did an awesome job. They were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They left the jobsite so clean you wouldn’t even have know they were there. We cannot say enough good things about this company and their installers.

Bottom track on door was damaged. The service technician arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled time. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. The door now opens and closes properly.

Quick response...all necessary info and instructions prior to home visit were properly related to us. Completely safe appointment. Superb quality of installation. We are very happy with all aspects of this service.

These guys were great. It was a cold day and they just kept going until the job was done- and then made an attempt to repair a screen previously put in by another manufacturer. They went above and beyond

When our front Phantom Screen door became jammed this summer, I hesitated to call a service company to come and fix it. I thought it would be an ordeal, expensive, and I actually considered just removing the screen door completely. However, after a few days, I looked up companies that would fix Phantom Screen doors. I am so glad I called Suite Outdoors. From the first call to the two service technicians who came to fix my door, I had nothing but courteous and timely service, and excellent workmanship.

We have three year old phantom screens on front and back. When we installed new doors the screens weren’t put back properly. The repair was arranged in two days and completed in 30 minutes and now they work great again

Great service starting with the call for the appointment, quick next day appointment, prompt arrival and friendly and fast install. And the phantom screen is great. You can hardly see it and it allows airflow through the full doorway.

Michael was the installer, front door new phantom screen and replaced screen and updated our back door screen which was approx. 17 years old
He was most polite and efficient. The product itself is excellent and I would fully recommend these screens.

Screen door was sticking and would not slide properly.
