Brad at the demo office was extremely helpful, and even helped us avoid picking a product that would have been a poor choice - even though it started out the one we wanted. Sean's site visit was quick, easy, and simple.
Kurtis and Jayme were our installers, and they were on time, helpful, polite, and careful from start to finish. They answered every one of our questions on site, and even went on a run for the moulding we wanted around the new door when we didn't like what they had in the truck. We couldn't have picked a better couple of guys to come out - great job guys!
All phone calls and emails to Centra were answered same day - a real change of pace versus most contractors.
We are very happy with the quality of Centra's work, would use them again, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
