An entire surface area of a floor is not working after 5 years of being installed. This was not only not covered, but to replace I will need to take up the entire flooring of a huge area of ceramic covered area to determine the problem. Min $10,000 to replace floor and add a baseboard just to have heat. However; then the flooring will not match other flooring of parts of the existing home. And having issues with a different temperature control panels
My ceiling panels worked fine for 25 years or so, then started failing at an alarming rate. Presently some rooms have no heat while most others have a reduced wattage. Problem with this system is it's in the ceiling and far too expensive to replace. ($5000+now) Much easier to switch to baseboard. I installed these panels with the understanding they were warrantied for as long as I owned the home. (I guess not). Nice while they lasted, but I would never install again.
I have used this produce on several projects for my personal use over the last 12 years, and have found it entirely satisfactory. The price was reasonable, delivery satisfactory, installation trouble free, and no service issues.
