I was in need of replacing my old wood windows and kept hearing of Hi Tech Energy Windows. I had another window company come in to complete an estimate on my windows, unfortunately you don't always get professionals when dealing with salespeople. I had called Hi Tech and was sure surprised of the prompt, professional customer service they provided, maybe we shouldn't be surprised. This Hi Tech rep came in, offered us the product information and we were sold right away, what a difference. Windows and 1 door were purchased, installed approx. 10 months ago and are very happy with our decision, love the windows & door. Just wanted Hi Tech Energy Windows to know, Great Job! and have referred you to our neighbors. Thanks a lot L & J
