We recently had 2 New Entry Doors And a Storm Door installed by Hi-Tech. The experience started with Tom who guided us through the process, helping us with our choices and options and also fielding our questions at any time by phone. Sherri in the office has great customer service skills. The team that came to install our doors were friendly, considerate and did a great job even when there were challenges. Dave went above and beyond expectations and ensured a seamless process. We would definitely recommend their services.

Hi-tech is an excellent company with a great product. We shopped around and did alot of research and ended up with Hi-tech mostly because of the Supercore window design. I had a total of 26 windows and 1 patio door installed. 11 last year (2019) and just recently the rest. Stan from sales was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, timely and provided us great service with both purchases. We even got a tour of the factory where the windows are manufactured. For both orders the windows took 8 - 10 weeks to manufacture as promised and the install happened shortly after. Both installations were done by Dave Taylor and crew. Dave came to visit and take final measurements prior to manufacturing and answered all our questions. To say this crew are professionals and know windows is an understatement! The first install was completed in one day. The second bigger install took 2 days (with a smaller crew - Dave and Ramsey). They were meticulous at removing the old windows to installing the final product. And did a very thorough job cleaning up after. The crew cleaned the new windows and made sure that all mechanisms were in working order.

The 11 windows from last year went through a winter and it was a very noticeable difference from my old ones. It is such a great window! There have been no problems. My house looks great now complete with all Supercore windows!

We had 13 old windows in our house replaced recently. What made us choose Hi-Tech is that they really seemed to place customer service first. There was no high-pressure sale, but I did get a good sense of the difference between all the products. (We ended up going with the more premium product - planning to only do this once.) You get to meet the installer who will actually do your job before they even get going. It seems like a small thing, but it made a difference. Ryan was awesome!

The first quote consultation was in June, and the windows arrived, ready for installation at the end of August. We had anticipated that it would take some time to construct the windows, so that was a very acceptable turnaround. Because of our older home, with its plaster and lathe, we found that when the old windows came out, the area around the new windows had cracked, and the trim that we originally picked out wasn't going to be wide enough to cover the whole gap. The manager called me and we selected a new, wider trim - it cost a little more, but I had the chance to approve the selection and price ahead of them coming back to install the new trim. That final piece of work was finished in less than a day, and everything looks wonderful. Would absolutely work with Hi-Tech again in future. (Probably won't need windows again, but they also do doors!)

The windows and doors are beautiful. Amazing service from the beginning with their sales department and there amazing customer service to the quality of the product. Also they were able to install all of our windows and doors in two days which was amazing for December.

We just had all of our windows replaced in our home by Hi-Tech on recommendation from my parents. From start to finish our salesman, Wes, was exceptionally helpful. He was professional, friendly, and answered any questions we had. We never felt pressured or pushed when it came to making any decisions.

Lami and his install crew scheduled the job for 2 days and completed everything in just under a day and a half. They were extremely tidy, polite, and their craftsmanship is outstanding. We had zero issues with their work, and it was a pleasure having them in our home.

When speaking to the staff at the office, Amanda was always a huge help. She would answer any questions she could, and if not, she would get the answer ASAP.

Great Company, excellent quality product with the best installers in Winnipeg. Have an older house and had Hi-Tech replace all the windows in the house which I thought would be a challenge. The windows were delivered on time, at an affordable price and installed by "Dave" and his professional crew. All the old windows were taken away. Everything was cleaned up. We chose Hi-Tech after reading reviews, comparing prices and quality of windows with other companies. Windows look fantastic and were so satisfied that I had to write a review. I needed new windows in my home and did some checking , the reviews on Hi-Tech were very good , I phoned them and Wes phillips came down , very professional and knowledgeable, he went through everything with me and answered all my questions, told me a date when the windows would be ready , then we set up a time . The men were very professional and knew what they were doing ,they also answered any questions I had , they had all 7windows in and they cleaned up and vacuumed all within 7 hours . My home upstairs was always drafty now it is warm , I would highly recommend HI-Tech for your window needs ,professional ,courteous and on time ,I need my basement window and front door done next, they will be the company I call w muzyka
