Have worked with Knight Plumbing, Heating and AC for a number of years ; their work is always done properly, never had to phone to complain about a job done; In my experience, when they were finished with the job everything was working 100% again.
Also the Office staff when ordering a repair is knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating; even when phoned twice a day about the same job.

THRILLED !! We originally hired this company to replace a kitchen faucet in 2015. 6 months later in 2016 it started to leak, so we called to have a tech come out to repair it. They had someone out the SAME DAY and fixed it free of charge. A little more than a year later in 2017 we had another leak. Once again I called and they sent the same tech the SAME DAY ! It was a faulty piece and they repaired it under warranty. I didn't have to even pay a call out fee ! The tech was quick, courteous, friendly and got the job done professionally ! In addition, each time I have called in to their office, their customer service staff are excellent as well/ So friendly and helpful. Exactly that I want to hear on the other end of the phone !! I am so happy that we chose this company to work for us. We've been thrilled and will for sure hire them in the future AND recommend them to others !!

Kevin, Evan and especially George did an outstanding job when replacing our very, very old furnace and hot water tank. They also thought of some solutions to update the pipes to provide heat to the basement living room. Also, very kind to my Mom when explaining the work they did in her home.

Leak in basement went from fine mist to steady stream on copper pipe, then a second leak on a plastic line started. Geoge was on call and was very busy -said it would be around 9:30 pm before he could get to us. He arrived at 8:30pm and replaced the plastic line with a much better shut off and soldered the other. We appreciated George coming so late in the evening after putting in a long day. ( With apologies to his wife for keeping him out so late. ). From Ontarians very family in Calgary.

Karl explained what he was checking for and demonstrated how the unit should work. It was clearly clogged and had been damaged beyond repair so a new part was installed.

Well today was the second time in a week that our furnace stopped working and Knight Plumming had to come out. The first time Geoff was quick and fixed the problem right away. A couple days later my room mate noticed the the furnace wasnt working again so I called and made an appointment. I requested Geoff come back becuase he was called out originally and that wasnt a problem at all. Geoff called both times and told me his ETA and was right on time both times. The second time out it was a pretty big job but him and Carson were quick to identify what the issue was. My inducer assembaly needed to be replaced and they were able to locate the parts and pick them up in a timely manner. They were very professional and answered all my questions in a language I could understand. I would recommend Knight Plumming to anyone I know especially if its Geoff coming out. Geoff and Carson did a very thorough and professional job. Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with the work done. After talking to George and finding out the humidifier had been placed on the wrong side of the furnace and could do more harm than good , we went ahead with the work. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy that we went ahead and had the work done. The pvc pipe really did make the job complete instead of tubing that looked corroded over the years. The fan motor also was making noise over the years and after inspecting and finding a lot of play in the bearings we replaced that. Much quieter and peace of mind that the heater shouldn't fail us this winter. Must say if we do have a problem then I know we can call George again and know it will be done right. Would strongly recommend knight plumbing and yes we did do our research and picked the right company through homestars. Very satisfied.

We purchased new home recently, and needed a furnace inspection and tuneup, as well as correction for a failed and incorrectly installed humidifier. Kevin showed up on time, corrected the deficiencies and fully explained the work he performed. I will be calling Knight again.

George is a very nice gentleman, who does professional work.
