Well today was the second time in a week that our furnace stopped working and Knight Plumming had to come out. The first time Geoff was quick and fixed the problem right away. A couple days later my room mate noticed the the furnace wasnt working again so I called and made an appointment. I requested Geoff come back becuase he was called out originally and that wasnt a problem at all. Geoff called both times and told me his ETA and was right on time both times. The second time out it was a pretty big job but him and Carson were quick to identify what the issue was. My inducer assembaly needed to be replaced and they were able to locate the parts and pick them up in a timely manner. They were very professional and answered all my questions in a language I could understand. I would recommend Knight Plumming to anyone I know especially if its Geoff coming out.
