Our main sewer line overflowed in our basement. We called around and were pleased that someone would be able to get out same day as we had family visiting for the holidays. Dan was very personable. Although he did have to come back a second time same day due to the issue not being fully resolved, he did so promptly and got quickly to the task. We are happy with the service and would recommend Kinght's and Dan to others.
