When we got up on Dec. 22, the house was very cold. The board had failed in our furnace. Our contact company was no longer in business. The second company we called was a no show. When contacted the next morning, they would not even return our call. After Christmas we called KNIGHT. Dispatch said they would be here by 5 pm. Willi, our technician called 15 min. later, and said he was on the way. The first call was at 9 am, the job was finished and the heat was on by 11:30 am. Now that is what I call excellent service.
