Excellent customer service & professional techs!
We called on a Saturday as our water heater stopped working. The on-call tech was very knowledgable and walked us through some troubling shooting VIA the phone. We decided to wait until Monday for service and the tech told us to call the office first thing Monday morning. However, before I could do so, a woman from Knight Plumbing called me at 7:30am and the Tech (Dan) was at our door at 8:00am. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it quickly and VIA warranty.
I was extremely satisfied with my first experience with Knight Plumbing and we will use them exclusively for all our plumbing, heating, AC and furnace needs going forward.
