We met with Jonathan for an afternoon and went through, in detail, our existing HVAC system and what our options were for installing AC units in our home. There was absolutely no pressure on selling or 'up-selling' of any kind. We committed to the project that same day.
Our technician Karl was the lead on the project. The work was completed over three days given we were installing 3 units, and anytime we had a question Karl was more than happy to take time and ensure we were satisfied with the answers. All aspects including placement of the units, quality of the plumbing around the install, to the sound operation of the units met our expectations 100%. Thank you Knight Plumbing for a job well done!
