Done Right Home Improvements

We threw these clowns and their equipment out of our house. Owner had fight with son and showed up here in a temper, put a hole in our wall, later repaired but paint shows the repair. Dry cut tile in our bedroom, no clean up, slow and clearly had too many jobs on the go, it was a horror and other contractor had to come in to fix destruction.

Don [last name removed] and his son Matt were extremely friendly at the beginning of the project. They came each day as planned on time and put in almost full days. The plumbing was done well and the tiling of the floor was nice. We cannot say the same about all other work that is still incomplete in the bathroom which we will be doing ourselves when we can find the time. We lost confidence in Done Right when they had to start coming back for obvious corrections that they did not take seriously and gave the impression they did not care about us a their customer anymore. I would recommend their plumbing service, but nothing else in terms of renovations, i.e- showers, grouting, drywall repairs and their finishing work is sub par. The end result was a very dissappointing ordeal with Done Right.
