Worst product installation.
Unbelievable and dirt cheap product design and engineering. it doesn't worth a cent.
I wouldn't buy or even take a product for free from any of their stores
Save your money and stress buy going somewhere else

I usually don't write reviews, but the service I've received at this store is terrible. First, I had to wait two months for a couch. When it was finally in stock again, I went in store to purchase it, the associate screwed up the sale price, so I had to go back the next day to get refund. When it was time to deliver, the delivery guys did not make much of an effort to get the couch in, therefore the couch had to be returned. I'm waiting for a refund, and nobody has not contacted me. The associates at the store could not be bothered and told me to email their store manager, who has yet to respond to my emails. Terrible service, I will not make the mistake of purchasing anything here again.

Ordered a couch online coz its on-sale, Structube enforced a $90 MANDATORY delivery fee... which I disagree because it's only a 3 seater, 110 lb. I don't know why i can't just pick it up at the store. Delivery company is EXTREMELY INFLEXIBLE and extremely poor customer service. They will give you ONE option and no other way around their "policy". Everything is based on their protocol. I haven't seen the couch yet but it's already a final sale... sigh... Structube needs to get rid of this delivery issue especially when items are final sales. It's not like I can return or exchange it anyway! So why does it matter if can haul it home myself or now?!

I have tried to buy a lamp at 2 locations. Have been thwarted at every turn. They want 90 dollars delivery charge for 160 lamp. They won't bring them in from another store and when asked when these two stores will get them, it's a noncommittal 'end of July'. This is why stores go under.

I needed to change my online order so I called their customer support number. After 60 minutes on hold I gave up and emailed them- the automated reply I got was, "One of our Customer Experience Associates will gladly assist you within the next 4 to 5 business days.". By the time I get a reply the order will be shipped. My advice is to not order from this company.

I bought a Picasso Swivel Coffee table (Ref 42.26.10.98) from Structube. The lacquer part of the table was dirty. It didn’t look like it a brand new one out of the box even though it was sealed. Assembling the table was terrible. It did have a IKEA kind of mechanism for the screws but really bad quality. One screw even broke during the assembly. I have worked with many IKEA furnitures. I never broke a single screw. Overall I think the quality does not stand for the price they charge.

We have been to Structube at 7601 Weston Rd. Woodbridge
on lots of different occasions to furnish our new home. We were greeted and served by both Adam & Chris... Both were very professional and very helpful to us. We choose delivery on some of the big pieces and the delivery company was also great to deal with. they brought our pieces in to the exact room they were going.
All we can say, is that if you need any pieces for your home def. go and see this team. They go out of their way to make you feel important and give you their total attention. We have now made this our store of choice to go every weekend to see all the different pieces they get in. Thanks and great job to both of you guys....

I contemplated purchasing this bed online, however since the King Street West store was within walking distance of my condo I went and purchased instore. I was told that the delivery company would call the day to confirm the delivery window and that it would be between 9 am and 9 pm. When I mentioned that I lived in a condo and that I had limited elevator time slots available, the store put a note on my order to request a delivery between 9 am - 1 pm. Sure enough, the day before the delivery I got a call saying my delivery would take place between 9 am - 1 pm. On the day of the delivery, I got an automated call saying that the delivery truck would be at my place within 5 - 20 minutes. I then got a follow up call from the driver saying they were 10 minutes away and we discussed where the loading area to my building was. Delivery was straightforward and done by 12:30 pm. Couldn't have asked for better. I opened all of the boxes to check that nothing was damaged. It took two of us just over an hour to assemble the bed. No issues. It looks great. Very happy with the purchase and the delivery.

I have placed an order with Structube for a sectional sofa on April 23/2016 from Trinity commons (Great lakes drive). Have also paid $90 delivery charge. So far no issues but a bit concerned after seeing all the reviews here. I am disabled and currently under treatment for cancer so will be of no help to the deliver guys so I hope they're really good and do not damage my walls, floors etc. I will update this review once I receive the sectional and set it up in my living room and will revaluate my review at that time. Ordered 2 chairs from them, we really liked them so we ordered a floor lamp on our next visit. Both visits went smooth, staff helped us check the inventory for availability. They were able to tell us the exact pick-up date which was never delayed. I always inspect the items when I pick up to make sure there's no damage, and the staff were always happy to let me open up the boxes in the store to check.
