Ordered 2 chairs from them, we really liked them so we ordered a floor lamp on our next visit. Both visits went smooth, staff helped us check the inventory for availability. They were able to tell us the exact pick-up date which was never delayed. I always inspect the items when I pick up to make sure there's no damage, and the staff were always happy to let me open up the boxes in the store to check.
