Roof replacement and reshingle
After discovering that our 5-6 yr old roof that had been replaced by a previous homeowner was rotting, we asked around and several of our neighbours referred us to maximum roofing. Sean and his foreman John promptly came to our house in the winter to discover that the sheeting in our attic was covered in condensation and rotting. Sean was extremely professional with his assessment of our situation and even had another company come to give a second opinion. In the end, it was confirmed that we had a ventilation issue and we had to replace the sheeting, shingles and install new roof vents. I was very concerned about the moisture and the possibility of mold growth, Sean ensured that our roof was replaced as soon as the weather permitted.
