Our custom home was built back in 2010. This builder is reliable, honest and gave every second of his time for us. The final product was spectacular, not one thing was missed and everything was done to perfection. He was honest from the start on his rates. Unlike the review previous to this one, it is untrue that he overcharges for everything as the clients pay the contractors (plumbers, electricians, flooring, etc.) directly and not through the builders bills. That review must be false since it is not accurate representation of how he handled things with our build.

Contracted Tokal Homes to build my home! What a mistake. Never dealt with such an unprofessional owner, lousy service and way too expensive! All cost estimates provided were busted...and with further research I discovered he was over charging for everything. Do not trust this company, you will be disappointed...and you are guaranteed to spend more than what you wanted or budgeted. They are really not worth it. Stay away!
