We plan to stay in our home another 20 years so we did consider cost offset by gas savings (gas is not on 24/7 like tank systems)
Installer was friendly and professional; did a super job and even created some extra space in our cellar!
Now my little girl and wife can have great jacuzzi baths together (and when she is a teenager I don't have to worry about long showers and running out of hotwater).
