Did not fulfill commitment as agreed upon during initial meeting. Subcontracted move which was not agreed to but on moving day, we had no choice. Charged $750 extra for wardrobes they did BUT we were prepared to do them and we were not told of any charges. We did get the money back after challenging them. Industry needs to be cleaned up!!!

I used their storage facility which is top notch. Very professional company, it deals with the big guns, government relocation, wealthy customers and museums. If you are a small guy, it will be costly. I found that I was treated like it was the government paying the bill so no efforts were made to minimize costs. Staff is great, good employees, always been helpful to deal with the admin personnel. If you are a company, the government , great company. For an individual wanting to move, pricey so you may want to shop around.

Dealing with Armstrong Movers was a pleasure from start to finish. They were very responsive all the way through the process. Sharon phoned after every step to follow up and ensure that everything was going well. The men who picked up in Toronto were amazing both in attitude and work ethic. The delivery driver phoned before leaving Toronto to give adequate notice of delivery date and arrived on schedule. The load was delivered and set up quickly. A cross border move is stressful and Armstrong Moving made it as easy as possible.

Speaking from my experience with Armstrong Moving, I can assure that those who opt for their service will have 100% peace of mind regarding their possessions. Last Jan. we moved from Calgary to Toronto, and I must say it was a bad idea. We moved to Toronto early, because we had plans to visit my niece before settling in our new apartment. The packages were sent a day after, so that it would reach the apartment at the same time as we had planned. I got a call from the movers the very next day, informing that they had to move the packages to the storage space to keep them safe from a bad winter storm and deliver them soon after the storm. It took a couple of days to deliver the package, but in the end they arrived safe and we weren’t charged anything extra. I was pleased by their experienced thinking on handling such issues.

I have moved countless times in my life, domestically and internationally and I have never encountered more damage and more poor treatment than with Armstrong. Fine Art packed with heavy metal pieces, antique art broken in numerous pieces and only after contacting one of the principals were repairs made. The icing was when a repaired piece was re-damaged when it was finally delivered to me after three months of waiting!

Fantastic....what a great company. We moved from one home to another and needed to put our belongings into storage. This company was great. They were prompt, so careful and were terrific to deal with. As far as I'm concerned...they are the only moving company I would ever use.

Were told they wrap all furniture, only mattresses were done. Antiques were received with scratches from move.
