We went with granite direct because we thought they offered a good product and guaranteed install within 90 days for cabinets, granite countertops and demo for our kitchen reno. 160 days later, they installed 50% of damaged cabinets that have cracked mitres on all cupboards and no touch up paint to be found. Our counter was 2 slabs, the first one cracked during shipping and was not re-ordered, they tried to epoxy it themselves. The second granite slab cracked during install, and they want us to wait another 4 months to get all the deficiancies cleaned up. They give us the run around every day. Constantly having to check up on status and we never get any promises they make in writing.
