We used Granite Direct in spring 2016 to renovate our kitchen. The process started in June with a very thorough meeting with Kim & Ray to make a plan of our kitchen and make all the design decisions. They also came out to the house to re-measure to make sure all potential problems were solved before ordering.
We loved that we had so much help. With the design of the kitchen as well, so many choices for the cupboards/counters/hardware, and the choice on how much we wanted to be involved.
We were well aware of the time frame that we had to wait for the cupboards to come in and it was almost exact on the estimated day.
We demo'd the kitchen ourselves and install was done by Granite Direct. I was amazed on how fast it took to install and the great job done. Any areas of concern were instantly fixed and a few items were found -that I didn't see -GD went out of their way to fix the problems.
The only negative would be the waiting time, but it was something I was aware of from the beginning and for the reduction in cost was something I was willing to do. In that same thought, 2 items that were found to be defective had to be resent from the company in China, but it did not hold up install time or function of the kitchen.
I LOVE the counters and cupboards, I can't believe I lived with my "old" kitchen for the past 14 years!!
I would definately recommend Granite Direct to my friends and family!!
