General Contractors review in Toronto

This has been a disaster of an experience. Bill Chan initially started off saying the right things was affordable. He said he could finish the job in the timelines we required. He completed 85% of the job and has since never showed up or answered the phone again.

The worksmanship was sloppy and they did not take any care to prevent the rest of the house from getting messy, dusty or damaged.

He has been avoiding our calls and still has some of our money.
