Project was done on time and with no surprises. Very pleasant to deal with staff from start to finish. Great result with heating efficiencies well worth the cost and high quality product.

Installed window is good quality. After initial sale the salesperson never returned numerous followup emails or phone calls. .Excuse was on holidays but nobody at your company knew, really? Holidays for 2 months. Partner called to order another product and the GENERAL MANAGER hung up on her. Seems like salespeople here fight for their commisions. STAY AWAY. I guess when you're a family business you can do what ever you like.

I just wanted to let you know that our two deck doors have been installed and the two guys who came did a great job, they were very nice and did a very professional job. Duane is used to doing all the renos himself and after the fiasco we went through with our hardwood floors he was a little nervous about having someone come in and install the doors. However, he was totally impressed with the great job the guys did, how friendly they were and how careful they were with everything, not to mention how well they cleaned up. A job well done!

Richard did come the next day and re-keyed all the locks, again another wonderful employee.

All in all a very well done job and we will definitely call Supreme for any other window or door issues we may have.

We wish to thank Supreme Windows for an excellent replacement of all of our main floor windows. Karl, your measurements were perfect and everything went well. Most importantly the custom blinds fit back without any adjustments. We would also like to complement our installation crew of Kevin, Greg and company. They were both friendly and courteous. Their workmanship was very good and they cleaned up all the construction debris. We cannot think of anything that could have made this renovation/replacement better. The new triple glazed windows are a dream and we can already feel a difference in the inside temperature of the house.

We would be pleased to recommend you and your windows to anyone.

We are both so very pleased with the windows and honestly, our favourites right now are the bathroom window that opens and the small window at the bottom of the stairs, and these are the smallest. It’s all really overwhelming at the moment, it’s a lot to absorb, but it’s all done – we can enjoy the summer.

First of all I wanted to thank you. I am very impressed with my windows. Your installing crew, Barry, Al, Jay, and Jason were awesome. They did a great job. They were friendly, efficient, quick and professional. I was also very excited to see that they did a really good job of cleaning up after the windows were installed. From sales to install the process has been very smooth and professional. Everyone has been extremely kind.
I hope you don't mind I have given out all of your cards to friends and relatives looking for windows. If you would like to send some more cards along with my final invoice I would be more than happy to hand them out. I have already had several inquiries from neighbours living in the complex.

My windows look great and make a huge difference to the appearance of my home. I'm in no hurry for winter to come again, but when it does I am confident that my heating costs will be significantly lower than they have been. Thank you very much!
