We are extremely pleased with our tripled glazed windows. With the extreme cold weather we have been experiencing of late, it is soooo nice to not have one speck of condensation on any window...not even the kitchen or bathroom. We have also had our first energy bill since the installation and have seen a significant drop in the gas component...I feel, due to the new windows. Also, thank you Karl for taking a stand re the very last minute cancellation of our original installation date. I feel you had a hand in getting the crew back to us within a week instead of 10 days. The crew worked diligently and with precision. The only negative was regarding the care they took coming in and out of the house. They put down some sort of cloth tarps over our hardwood and slate. However, within one trip in and out of the house the tarps moved about exposing the flooring and leaving it open to the large amount of wet snow which would get tracked in. Overall there is definitely a lot more good than bad comments to reflect upon.

Our new windows from Supreme have been a real joy! We have found them efficient, easy to use and they have added to the enjoyment of our home. This is particularly true of our new front door as it allows for so much more light with the glass work. We were extremely confident in Karl Bergen's ability and couldn't have been happier with his professionalism in the delivery of this service. We know we received a quality product and the Supreme team delivered! We are pleased to have made this worthwhile investment and we thank you. Karl, your insights and suggestions were superior to other companies' personnel. Thank you. The work crews were friendly, respectful, and conscientious in the installation and cleanup. The products are good. The first two phases went very well. The problem came with the front door installation. The fault was not Benny's or Chris's. They worked beyond the call. The problem is in sub-contracting and giving the workers a set time to do a job. Our door did not go as planned despite Benny and Chris's best efforts. They had to leave to go to two other jobs that day. The door would not close and lock. When I called Dave, he had some problem accepting that there could be a problem with the job. When Larry came out and saw the job, he looked like a trauma room doctor meeting a multi-car accident. With Larry's experience in a couple of hours the job was corrected and has been no problem since. However, the final phase has been delayed as we are reluctant to get into another of these time-limited installation jobs. Thank you again for your work and valuable input.

We love the bay window, its amazing how it changes the whole feel of the kitchen. The front window is great and we’re looking forward to the ventilation we’ll be getting this summer. I love the bedroom window and I think my husband does too now, he wasn’t so sure about it before as he always prefers symmetrical. So the biggest drawback we’ve discovered is that we can’t sit in the living room or stand next to the doors and know what the weather is like outside. We now have to check the weather channel or go outside. They have made a huge difference in our comfort level in the house.

We were very impressed with the knowledge and understanding Karl had when he came to give us ideas and quotes. Supreme was the 3rd company we received estimates from. Karl answered all our questions, even after the fact, we were able to reach him through email and always a prompt reply. The product we received was exactly what we wanted. We had a slight problem with our screen door after the installation, but we called and Supreme was very promt in returning to rectify the issue. I would definately direct any of my friends and family to Supreme and especially to Karl. He was the deciding factor in choosing Supreme. We are now looking at new windows, Karl and Supreme will be our first and only call.

I am pleased to give my comments. My experience with Supreme Windows was great from start to finish. I found your interest in my project and knowledge very gratifying and you made me aware of things I never would have thought of, e.g., my privacy bathroom window which I call my Zen window because it looks like running water. The craftsmanship of the windows is wonderful and I have yet to put draperies over my patio French doors even though that is also my living room window. No drafts even in this particularly horrible winter. Installation was quick and professional. The windows have changed the look of my home completely and mostly my friends are astounded by how much of a change this has made.

Hi Karl,

I wanted to let you know how great our new windows are! They are all in and installed and the first thing we noticed was how much quieter it is! Plus the drafts that we used to feel have all disappeared! Your service from when you came to the house and started the process of educating us about windows and Supreme’s products has been great. It was professional and extremely helpful as we started to decide on the types of windows, the cladding and the casings etc.. Your advice was very very helpful. You met us after hours at the showroom and took us into the back so we could see first hand the process and the advantages of Supremes products.

The installation went way easier than we anticipated and Kevin and his crew were great! They were very respectful, hard working and efficient and all 15 windows and 2 doors were installed in the 2 days assigned and under some challenging weather conditions. Kevin was creative to solve some tight space locations and the finished product looks outstanding!

Having the window casings delivered early for painting was a great suggestion as well as using the fir frames.

We found your knowledge and expertise very helpful and would highly recommend Supreme Windows and Doors to anyone!

My pleasant experience started right from the first visit by Karl to give me the options available in replacing the windows in my home that was built in 1929. Karl was informative and assured me that the integrity of the wood window frames would not be disturbed when the old windows were removed and the new ones inserted. It was important that the original window frames remain intact to match all the rest of the original wood in the house. The designs he proposed where similar to the original windows. Window openings were proposed with the wind direction in mind.

The workmen arrived and proceeded to replace all the windows, main floor and basement, in a very professional manner. They were courteous and polite, making sure to remove footwear when in the house. They replaced them window by window so that the length of time of the openings was kept to a minimum. In 2 days they were done, even making sure that all the windows were clean, inside and out, before they left.

The impact of the new windows was 2 fold, the temperature in the house, and the one that surprised me was the reduced noise that I could hear from the street (when the windows were closed).

I had numerous people stop and ask who had replaced my windows because they were so impressed with the finished product. The original stucco finish had not been disturbed so the integrity of the exterior had also been preserved.

I would highly recommend Karl Bergen and Supreme Windows if you are considering replacing windows in your home.

We had Supreme install windows, a balcony door, and a front door. They were easy to deal with. The installation crews were friendly, respectful of our home and had terrific workmanship. The windows we got were so easy to clean and open.

I was just thinking this morning about how glad I was that we had replaced the patio door to our veranda, realizing that with the old door our kitchen would have been very cold. I have been extremely pleased with the quality and the service provided to us. We have replaced the windows in our home in stages, each time having Karl assist us in regards to appropriate and creative design alternatives. His suggestion of alternate types of windows has proven to be ideal for several of our rooms. The window design for the kitchen allows an amazing amount more light and ease of use over the sink. The patterned enclosed glass window for the laundry room allows wonderful light, while the door provides the ventilation.
We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of those that came to install the windows, their attention to the quality of the product as well as the final look has been outstanding all three times we have had installations.
