My overall experience was excellent. Your expertise in suggesting how to deal with my front windows was helpful in keeping the character of the house. Your installers were on time, efficient and extremely hard working. Their attitude and work ethic was exemplary. I had one minor issue which was dealt with. The new windows look and feel great and I felt a difference immediately. I would recommend Supreme Windows to my friends.

Karl Bergen was our Sales Representative when we purchased windows and doors through Supreme, in the spring of 2012. We first contacted Supreme in 2010, and Karl met with us and explained the benefits of triple glaze windows and new doors for our 20 year old home. He provided a quote after answering dozens of questions and making several changes for us. We contacted two other window companies over the next two years, to compare prices and quality of work. After considerable thought we chose Supreme Windows. Karl was true to his word on all the information on the windows and doors, and the installation process. We had wanted to match the wood on the new jambs and casings and Karl gave me lots of information to be able to do the work myself and match the wood stain with existing stain in our home. Karl would very often return my calls and e-mails late in the evenings, because he was very thorough in his follow up of the job. During the installation process he referred me to the excellent job foreman for a couple of corrections that needed to made. Every part of this job was completed on time and to our complete satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend Karl Bergen of Supreme Windows for the excellent work he did in providing quality windows and doors for our home.

Supreme over the last few months have installed a new front door for us, and most recently, garden doors out to our deck. We were impressed with them right off the bat, as we felt their communications and quotes were brisk and fair.
We had a major issue arise at one point, due to an honest mistake by Supreme, which required another trade to be called in for a couple days of work. While this delayed our garden system installation by several weeks, we know that Karl and Dave worked very hard to keep us happy and deal with the issues behind the scenes. Extra costs which undoubtedly were accrued were never brought up with us whatsoever. Supreme immediately assumed responsibility, and the way in which they handled the situation exceeded our expectations.

We were so fortunate especially we feel to have had Kevin and Greg install our garden doors. They spent all day ensuring the work was done perfectly and finished attractively, inside and outside the home. They checked in often to ensure I was pleased with the appearance, and specifically the way in which they finished the exterior of the home. We appreciate their hard work and attention to detail immensely. Ryan and his colleague also did very nice work on the front door install.
Things could have gone pretty South when we had our problem come up. Instead, Supreme handled things exactly like accountable professionals should, and for this we will undoubtedly use them for our upcoming new windows and recommend them to others.

Dear Ms. MacKenna
It is no small wonder why Supreme Windows has a reputable name – it is your employees and their
workmanship, that help make what it is.
This is not my first rodeo at a window install, however, previous experience steered me to do more
research on “window companies” to make a better choice second time around; thus my decision to
choose Supreme.
My experience started with your representative Karl, who came to my home, heard what I had to say, understood
what I said, and helped me make a decision based on needs and budget. That was easy. Once the scope
and cost was determined, Dave called me to confirm timing and schedule. Move forward to installation
day.
There is always a little angst when undertaking a renovation, but with installers Kevin and Greg, it was a
pleasure. Post introductions, we walked through the house, a few points were clarified then the next
thing you know, it was down to business. The effortlessness, the speed, the teamwork was admirable.
They moved through their respective roles and did not miss a beat; amazingly efficient. I am quite sure
they used telepathy to communicate!
Over the course of the day, I had asked small favours from both of them. Not only were my requests
fulfilled, but beyond my expectation. Kevin, I cannot thank you enough for going the extra mile on the
bedroom window casing. Greg, your window capping work and caulking is impressive! However, what
was most rewarding for me was seeing how Greg and Kevin both enjoy what they do; they care about
the job and the end result of their work.
If asked: “On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate Supreme’s windows?” I could not answer fairly
because I have yet to experience a winter with 2013 windows vs. vintage 1970! However, if asked: “On
a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your impression of, and experience with, Supreme Windows ie:
the look of the product, the sales process, the installation, the installers and the end result?” I could
honestly say 11 out of 10.
The people with whom I had the opportunity to work with makes this experience worthy of
recommendation to anyone I know. Many thanks to Karl, Dave and especially Kevin and Greg for
bringing it all together and ultimately, getting it done. Kindly convey my thanks to each one of them.

We would like to thank you so very much for all your help, courtesy and professionalism in helping us choose our front door! We had never purchased a full-window front door with 2 sidelites but you were a godsend with your knowledge and patience in dealing with a couple of rookies. You provided us with all the information and brochures required to help us in our decision and took the time and effort to sit and talk with us, plus answered all of our questions. You had originally quoted us the standard 12 week delivery so we were quite surprised and very happy when we received a call at 8 weeks saying the door was finished and when could they come and install. Again, you and Supreme Windows surprised us with the installation by saying you could actually come by that same week, well, that just made our day and we both walked around for the next couple days with anticipation, anxiety and smiles on our face. The installers were absolutely great and very professional. They came in around noon on the Friday and were gone before 4:00 pm the same day and did an excellent job! The door looks absolutely fabulous and so much better then the pictures in the brochure! We have been very satisfied with the whole process in dealing with yourself, the installers and Supreme Windows!

We would highly recommend Supreme Windows to our family and friends and will always make sure to give them your name!

Again, thanks to you we have the best windows possible and they proved their worth the same day they where installed. You cared enough about my wife's needs of reusing her specialty blinds and assured her that your team could accommodate her wish as your windows are constructed here in Calgary. Your competition all make cookie cutter windows so this request fell to the side with them.
Karl your professional presentation and presence put us at ease immediately, no cheesy suit, no fast Freddie car salesman pitch, just honest caring for and “ LISTENING “ to our wants and needs, Not " we only do this “.
Karl responded immediately to all my calls “ nice to see this in a sales rep these days”. For people who claim there are no companies out there that care about customer service anymore, well they should look at Karl and his team at Supreme Windows.
This is our 3rd time using Supreme Windows after having 2 other window companies fail us. On this job, we put Karl and Supreme up against 3 quotes and their sales representatives, and it was no contest for us to re-engage Karl for this project. We have a few other windows to replace over the next 8 months before the snow flies again and have full confidence in Supreme to make our new home a warm, safe and energy efficient home. Calgarians do yourself a favor and have Karl out to see for yourself, you will be very happy you did.

I ordered windows from Supreme Windows in November of 2012 and February of 2013. I was given Karl’s name by a friend who had just had windows installed at her house. Karl returned my call immediately and set up an appointment. He was very professional and gave me all the information about the products to make an informed decision. I got a few companies to come do quotes for the house. What really set Supreme apart was Karl, the "renovation consultant" that did the quote. Karl considered the big picture and was full of ideas on ways to improve the project. In one room, we wanted to install a Bay Window. Karl suggested a slight alteration to the design which would allow us to better incorporate a bench seat. This made a lot of sense, and we made use of it when we ordered. Also, Karl considered prevailing wind direction when determining window opening direction, such that a wind stream will blow through the house during the summer, encouraged by the new windows. This is a small consideration, but it should have a great impact. Karl was also attentive to all the little questions that we had, from laminate windows in the basement to deter B&E, various trim options and glazing styles for privacy windows. Karl answered every question and provided a detailed quote that assured us that we knew exactly what we were going to be getting. Finally, the installation team, John and Dan were friendly, very detail-oriented and installed the windows beautifully. It all came out great, and with most of my neighbours sitting behind single-pane windows made in the fifties, I can guarantee that I'll be referring them to Supreme.
