We had a wonderful salesperson named Les Willet. We had one window that was installed with some product missing and he came out himself to fix the error. Quality of windows is excellent, pricing is very fair. I would recommend Supreme Windows to anybody who needs to replace their windows and to go with Les as their salesperson. He knows his stuff!

Supreme Windows recently replaced three double paned windows (south facing) with their top of the line triple Low-E argon filled vinyl windows. They installed them within three weeks of placing the order, completed the work in one day and glazed one of the big windows on site. Karl was available to answer all of our questions day or night and was very quick to respond. The crew was prompt, efficient and professional and cleaned up nicely after they were done. We are very pleased with the new windows and have already noticed a huge difference in how much more comfortable our living room is now. The only minor complaint is that we expected to receive a courtesy follow-up call after the install to make sure everything was fine but never received one. Karl seemed surprised to hear this and later advised that someone from Supreme had called and left a message but the call was not returned. Nevertheless, we are happy with the windows and the installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Working through Karl Bergen and Supreme Windows, we have replaced the windows in our now 30-year old townhouse in 3 installments. Each time both the service and the product have been superb. I fail to see how either could be improved, they are so good. Whenever the subject comes up with friends and relatives, we recommend Karl and Supreme and describe our positive experience with them. They are probably more expensive than some other window services, but the extra price (if indeed there is any) is worth it.

Our experience with Supreme Windows was the best we have had since we started renovations. Karl came out the house to discuss what we wanted and needed, as well as some great options. He came out again to confirm what we wanted and showed us the manufacturing process of the windows and frames. Once the windows were ordered the staff at Supreme called and made a install date that worked with our schedule. The install guys were on time, efficient and cleaned up any mess the made. They let us ask questions about what and why the installation process involved. We will and are going to use Supreme Windows in the near future again.

Karl Bergen and Supreme Windows were recommended to me by a friend who has a contracting business. He and his partner only recommend Supreme Windows to their clients. I liked that Supreme makes the windows themselves and has their own installation crew.

Karl was prompt, courteous and took a great deal of time to go over all our options for our windows. There were several challenges involved with replacing what was already there and getting a uniform look due to some 'creative' renovations past homeowners had done. Karl was able to figure out to get the look we wanted and guided us through the selection process.

Price-wise, we felt that Supreme was competitive with other quotes that we received.

The two installers that worked on our house, Kevin and Greg, were absolutely fantastic! They made the installation process so much easier than I thought it would be, even working around my son's nap schedule. They were extremely courteous, professional, clean and did excellent work. When some electrical issues cropped up during the installation (more creative home renovation), they arranged to have an electrician come and fix the problem for us within a few hours.

Although Karl later told me that the installers rated our house a '14 out of 10' for difficulty, I never would have known it unless he told me. There was never any complaints.

The windows themselves are fantastic. In summary, we are extremely happy with the windows and the service we got from Karl, Kevin and Greg. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace some or all of their windows. I've already passed on Karl's contact information to a few friends and neighbors.

I was given Karl's name by a business associate who spoke highly of Karl's professionalism. During our meetings, I was pleased that he was not patronizing, did not gloss over my questions, he did not become my instantaneous friend, he told me about a few problems and concerns and the price was better than 2 other comparable competitors of Supreme Windows. I have no hesitation in extending my recommendation of him.

The decision to select Supreme Windows was due not only to the quality of the product but also due to the quality of the sales process. Karl has a quiet, re-assuring and confident consulting style that only results from a thorough knowledge of the product lines he represents. There was never any bias toward any one particular window style and equal representation of advantages and disadvantages of all window types. Karl patiently responded to all questions and concerns. We made our selection with the confidence that we were getting exactly what we wanted. The installation date was booked and the install process thoroughly described.
Karl also provided suggestions for our other window renovations. Karl’s use of his iPad to view various examples of Supreme Window renovations was very effective.

The quote was received very promptly; the installers arrived on schedule, were friendly, took the necessary precautions on our hardwood floors, were efficient with the installation, demonstrated the window opening mechanism and vacuumed and cleaned up before leaving.

I have no hesitation in inviting Karl to return for the next phase of our window renovations.

As you know, we had a Bay Window replaced, by Supreme, April 1, 2013. My husband and I are both very impressed with the look, structure and strength of that window. The workmanship of the 2 installers was amazing. They were both friendly and curteous and diligent. Their clean up, both inside and outside was something other window companies should aspire to. The wood on the top of the Bay as well as the oak on the seat is accenting the stain wonderfully.
There was a finishing carpenter that came by 2 days later to install the casing. He used packing blankets, as did the other fellows, inside/outside and left no evidence he'd even been here. The job he did was impeccable. We are very glad we went to Supreme Windows and would appreciate it you could extend our Thanks to your installers.
