We recently decided to replace several 50 + year old windows in our house and Supreme was one of the companies we requested a quote from. Karl was fabulous to deal with - from the outset, we were impressed with his professionalism, enthusiasm and the suggestions he made. We wanted some of the windows to be fitted with opaque glass, and we appreciated his creative suggestions for combining different glass patterns for a unique design. The windows were installed on time and the whole process was relatively painless; the installers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The first few months of this year have been extremely cold, and our new windows have performed beautifully - we had expected it to be warmer as a result of changing the windows, what we did not expect was how much quieter our house would be! We love our new windows - not only how beautiful they look, but also how well they have performed to date - and we will definitely be calling Karl when we need to replace any other windows in the house.

I would like to say that Karl Bergan is very good at products he sells to the customers he encounters. I started buying windows from karl in 1996 for my home in Glenbrook. I purchased front picture window at the front of my home, the seal was broken on the frame,Karl suggested to replace with there argon gas filled window to save energy. I can honestly say after the install, what a diffrence to the living room temp stayed at a more consistant temp. The picture window was insalled about 2007. I have replaced all windows accept one kitchen. Both insulated front and back doors. Supreme windows makes a quality product.

After twenty two years, it was about time to replace our home windows. We did receive a number of quotes from different suppliers and the prices were reasonably competitive. I waited a year and half before I decided to write this review, as I wanted to go through a winter before I told my story. I couldn't be happier with my choice of windows that I chose. Ed Jensen was very knowledgeable and professional with dealing with me. My house is a lot warmer since I changed out the windows. The installers were very friendly and professional. I have referred numerous friends to use this company and I highly recommend them!

This is the 2nd time we have dealt with Karl Bergen and Supreme Windows. The first time was in 2011 when we had 5 new windows installed - Triple Glazed Solarguard Low E, Argon gas filled, both casement and awning. The results were phenomenal. No longer did we have to peer out though ice-covered aluminum sliders or feel winters' chill through the glass, plus they look amazing. Karl was outstanding to work with. His valuable advice, expertise, vast knowledge, and the time he spent with us was second to none. The paperwork he supplied for us was detailed, precise and professional, and any communication was followed up with immediate phonecalls and emails. The crew who installed the windows were wonderful. Polite, professional, hardworking. During this 1st installation, we had a family tragedy occur. Even during this time when the house quickly became filled with many people arriving amidst obvious grief, the crew quickly and efficiently finished their task, including thorough cleanup of the job site afterwards, extremely respectful of the situation and those involved.
This 2nd installation is for a bathroom window, and we would not consider going with anyone but Karl and Supreme Windows. Once again, Karl spent personal and unhurried time with us giving valuable advice, comments and suggestions, and followed up immediately with detailed confirmation. Karl and Supreme staff even accommodated a 'Rush order' because of our perceived timeline. In addition, and this illustrates once again 'over-the-top customer service', Karl spent additional time providing us with drawings of step-by-step reno ideas and expert suggestions for area around the window that he sketched out in absolute detail. We have huge respect for him and his incredible wealth of knowledge and willingness to share it. Our thanks to Karl, and we look forward to the near future when the bathroom renos and subsequent new window from Supreme will be completed.

Hi Karl,

We are extremely happy with our new patio door. The look is totally updated and we are sure noticing the difference in the temperature of our kitchen with the new door in place. It is a vast improvement over the old, drafty slider which we replaced.

The installer was very pleasant and did a nice job of installing the door. The casing he put on looks great and he left the job site clean. He also went through all the features of the new door with me.

All in all, it has been a very good experience and we could not be happier with our new door.

We did have a major competitor try to put down the service as well as the quality of the product which Supreme Windows was to provide us with. Both of these claims have proven to be untrue and we are very pleased with our new door and the service we have received from Supreme Windows.

We had two doors installed by Supreme windows. Karl our salesperson helped us with choosing the right doors for our home.
He also let us know how to paint the doors.
