Melanie and I wanted to thank you and the others at Supreme Windows for the great job, quality product and professionalism through the process of replacing all our windows and doors this fall. A big investment like this is always nerve wrenching for us when we don’t have past experience with the company. However, we were confident with Supreme Windows from the time you prepared the accurate and detailed quote to when your service representative left our home yesterday after a minor adjustment to our sliding door. All in all it was a good experience and we could not be happier.

Also, I wanted to let you know how happy we were with Admiral Painting & Decorating who you referred us to. Artur Magaj and his workers did an incredible job matching our casement stain and varnishing the wood. Beyond that, the job he did on our new fiberglass front door is beyond expectation. I swear it looks exactly like real antique wood and he achieved the exact look we wanted. Your decision to recommend him and his company helped us achieve a great start to finish job on our renovation project.

From the very first time meeting you, as you helped us to design the beautiful window-filled addition to our home, you have been super creative and unbelievably helpful, in turning our thoughts into reality.
We have enjoyed your expertise designing the addition, replacing many windows and most recently in our second home, door replacement. You have a great head for design and are always supportive in making sure things turn out fantastic! We have had a lot of fun working with you and hope we get to again, in the future!

I love my new windows and door. Ed Jensen in sales was amazing and knowledgeable . Ken was my installer..he was amazing too!!! Everything was left perfectly clean and I am very pleased. I would gladly recommend Supreme Windows...a Calgary company too!!

Hi Karl,
Just wanted to let you know we are absolutely thrilled with the new door install. The front glass door we went with is amazing and wow it lets a lot of light in. As does the other doors. The rear door with the blind is perfect it looks the real part and we love the blind function. The patio door looks flawless we just love it. The look of it, the benefits, looking out at our garden, the light, the cat sun baking.

I just want to Add that Shaun and his helper were awesome. They worked real hard and did a top quality job. They made sure we were happy through the process.

The job went well - Marty obviously has done a lot of this work and was able to problem solve when needed and paid good attention to detail. The crew cleaned up well after every day and we felt comfortable having then in our home. Karl has extensive knowledge and helped us make good choices for products. The service team came and made a few minor adjustments and we received a call from Supreme to ensure we were happy with the result. We are enjoying our new windows and doors.

Thanks so much for the follow up... We are very pleased with our windows and the service we have received from you. The style of window that you suggested respects the character of our 45 year old home and we are amazed at how consistent the temperature is through out the house now that we have replaced the original single pane windows with triple glazed units! We have also noticed a huge decrease in the noise level from the traffic on the boulevard and love how quiet it is!

Several months ago we had all exterior doors and almost all windows replaced by Supreme. When we started this process, we obtained three quotes from different suppliers. The quotes we received were all quite comparable, and while there were some differences in the way the windows were constructed we believe that all quotes represented a quality product. So why did we decide to go with Supreme? Basically, it's because of Les and the level of attention provided to us throughout the entire process. We immediately felt at ease in discussing the many options, and he was always very accessible and courteous from start to finish. His ability to provide all information that we needed to make a decision, his commitment to customer service, and low pressure sales technique definitely worked for us. In addition, the installation crew did a great job and were very respectful in our home and were diligent on cleaning up. Besides all the great service, the windows are great and we can see a noticeable difference. We would definitely recommend Les and Supreme windows to friends and family.

We have had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Jack Baines, Greg, Jose, Dave MacDonald and Kevin from Supreme Windows over the past year. Jack's years of experience in the industry ensured that he understood our needs. He made recommendations based on his vast knowledge of the products available and specific to our budgetary requirements. Jack's response to our requests was always immediate. Dave and Kevin were very flexible with respect to scheduling our window installations during the days that we requested. Working as a team, they provided the installation crew that we had requested. We replaced all the windows in our home and our back door. Greg and Jose finished the installation of our 3rd set of windows today. These two installers are extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and flexible. Jose and Greg paid meticulous attention to detail in every step of the installation process. They were respectful of our home and worked very well together to ensure that we were happy with our new windows. We appreciated that they took the time to answer our questions, explain processes and resolve any concerns. Greg and Jose would call on the morning of the installations to ensure that we were aware of their time of arrival on site. They were very professional in their work and really paid great attention to detail in cleaning up the work site. Their interactions with us demonstrated a real commitment to providing exceptional customer service. In fact, both Greg and Jose went above and beyond our expectations each time they worked in our home. Many of our neighbours stopped by to watch them work, ask questions, and have since returned to request specifics about our order to help them place their own for windows and doors from Supreme Windows. We are very grateful for the outstanding work done in our home and really happy with our new windows and doors. In comparison to three other window companies, we found Supreme Windows to be highly cost effective with respect to the quality of products and service provided. We are actively recommending Supreme Windows to all of our contacts.

Karl really knows his stuff. After talking to several friends, neighbors, and contractors in regards to window replacements for our home, we were left with many concerns and unanswered questions. From the moment I entered the showroom to the install crew leaving my home, changing out all the window in my home was an amazing experience. The salesman was well informed, gave me great suggestions on changing some windows to obscure glass to let in more natural light. Explaining the product and what to expect with timelines and install was very helpful. The install crew worked as a team to get the old windows out and the new ones in level, centered with attention to detail on the casing install. It has made such a difference to the whole look of the house inside and out, I am thrilled!! Thank you.
