It's our dream to buy a new house, and now our dream came true!
We want to buy a new house a couple of months ago and visit a lot of show-homes. when we visited TRICO's show-home, Our Sale rep ( Ryan Campbell and Justine Nguyen ) have been awesome and gave us very detailed explanations, and we felt Concord match our requirement, so we bought a spec home in Evanston, We just moved into our new home two weeks ago and everything is great. Great experience overall.

We were looking for a house with 3 bedrooms and a bonus room in the front, and out of all the show homes we were at, the one that caught our eyes the most was the Hudson by the Trico homes. My family and I felt that it was the perfect fit to our needs and there service terrific they helped us with all of our needs. I would definitely recommend Trico homes to whoever is planning on buying a house.

Got possession of new home in July 24, 2016 with few things pending(Landscaping, garage concrete and deck stairs) which were supposed to be completed by Aug 15, 2016. Forget about completing the pending things by the date they initially communicated, they didn't even bother to inform as to when everything would be done.

For all my queries, no definitive time was given as to when I can expect everything to be done. Their answer to all the queries was weather issues. Wonder how every other builder homes were able to get this done and even for the homes that are still not fully built?

Finally, on Sep 15, 2016 after waiting for almost 2 months I had to go ahead and build an entrance door for the basement which I intitially planned.

Around Mid Oct 2016, Trico sends me an email that they can't complete the Landscaping because I have build stairs/entrance for the basement and I need to get plot plan updated. I spent another $500 to get plot plan updated. It has been 2 weeks since and still no grading/landscaping has been done. On 25th Oct, some guy came with the excavator to level of the ground but that's it. I am 100% sure if I ask them the status now, their reply would be the same old Weather issue but FYI Oct 26-27 were clear sunny days and they could have easily done on any of those days. Terrible!

My dad has already hurt his feet once and we have to be careful while moving on the deck due to the part being open as there are no stairs but Trico doesn't care about any of these things else they would have completed all this

We had such a great experience with Trico when we recently bought our home. From the time we walked into the show home and met Crystal, until the day we took possession we were blown away with their knowledge, experience and commitment to customer satisfaction. We bought a spec home in legacy, but we bought in just enough time to make a few changes (flooring, countertops, paint, etc.) The process was great and every step was smooth. We just moved into our home a week ago and everything is great for the most part. We came accross a few things..(one of our flooring pieces had lifted, glass shower door missing a door stopper.) And I have full confidence that these small issues will be resolved. We had been dealing with Erin at the showhome and she is great!

Everyone I dealt with was great and I'd have to say that Carman and her coworkers went above and beyond for me! I would highly recommend trico to anyone! Thank you!
